5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or invoice. Generally, a deposit is required upon acceptance of the order, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the services. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling of services may be subject to fees. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your scheduled service. Fees may apply for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.
7. Warranty
F1 CCTV provides a warranty on its installations and equipment as specified in the warranty documentation provided at the time of service. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
